Why is the delivery delayed?
The reason for the delay lies with the manufacturer, Mammotion, and a major reorganization of their global supply chain. The EU has recently introduced new, strict customs measures on products manufactured in China, with tariff levels expected to land between 20% and up to 70%.
To protect you as a consumer from these massive price increases, Mammotion has been forced to make the strategic decision to relocate a significant portion of its manufacturing from China to Vietnam. This extensive factory relocation and transition has unfortunately temporarily impacted production speeds and delivery timelines, which is currently affecting the entire European market.
We deeply regret the lost time this is causing you right now. As Mammotion’s official distributor in Sweden and Denmark, we are in daily dialogue with the factory to ensure your products are placed on the very first available transport the moment they leave the production line.
